Pros

Encouraging. Competitive. Opportunity filled. Inclusive. Just like any sales position, you get out of it exactly what you put in. Management is incredibly supportive and will go out of their way to help make you successful. They pay attention to each employee's strengths and weaknesses to ensure they are in the right position to grow their career. The CEO is brilliant, inclusive, and downright enjoyable. He is a great example of what it means to be a leader and holds everyone to a high standard which he knows they can achieve.

Cons

Requires lots of initiative, grit and time to be one of the greats. The company expectations can be a bit of a challenge to achieve but they will give you the tools and resources to get it done.

Cons

-Fast paced industry, must be ready to go! If you're willing to keep up, you'll be wildly successful.
