Pros

Nice office space with a like-minded sales team. There are no limits on how/who you can prospect in sales and an uncapped commission structure that offers bi-weekly bonus opportunities. Since Spot is still a young company the owners are equally as invested in the success of your sales career and will help you achieve your goals. Lunch is provided by Spot at least once a month, with regular contests/giveaways for holidays, large sporting events, etc. Basically, if you are a self-motivated, goal oriented individual

Cons

All of the work you complete is very time sensitive, so your daily role is almost always stressful. It can take about 2 years to build a good quality of business (you are compensated very well after that).

Pros

Most of the people are nice. Office is nice and parking is in a good location. Casual Dress Code If you smoke, drink, and are a WASP (or Catholic, the only thing important here is WAS) then you will fit in just fine.

Cons

Micromanagement - no matter which role you're in your manager will hover Unprofessional - employees and managers alike will yell and cuss at each other Office Politics - see WASP comment Horrible Benefits - week vacation, always increasing insurance costs Low Pay - never hit commission then constantly get blamed for not working at 2am on a Saturday Low Morale - behind the glossy marketing and PR is ridiculously low morale everyone feels bad for new hires knowing that they will be gone in less than 60 days
