Pros

Open door policy to company presidents who are very passionate about the industry. Fun, young, and competitive atmosphere. Forward thinking company. Knowledgeable senior reps. Nice location. Up-and-coming training program. Great mentoring experience with senior rep.

Cons

It's evident there is a power struggle/butting of heads between director of sales and senior reps which seemed to cause a somewhat stressful work environment for those involved. Micro management from several levels of management makes people feel like they're under the microscope. Employees need better sales training to help hit the metrics they are being held to.

Pros

Spot truly embodies an entrepreneurial spirit. The presidents of the company value and appreciate great work ethics, reward employees well, and have a goal/vision our success for the company as a whole. The staff works as a cohesive unit that you don't get to see at many other companies.

Cons

This is a great company.
