Working for a fast growing company like Spot is exciting. They offer competitive salary, benefits, opportunity for growth, open door policy. If you show that you care and work hard you will be compensated for it.

Cons

If you want a standard 9 to 5 job this probably isn't the place to work. Employees are expected to give 110%. Some may see this as a con but if you are willing to put in the effort it is easily a pro.
