They will do anything to make sure you don’t get the money you worked for. It’s base or commission not base plus commission. They will lie and say otherwise. Don’t care about employees. Forget about work life balance you will be working 7 days a week just to barely pay your bills. Toxic environment. There have favorites. They reward bad reps and punish good reps. Literally. Look at their current managers. I wouldn’t recommend working here unless it was your last resort. You’ll work Christmas Eve New Year’s Eve. All the eves. Barely any pto. Beware
