Work life balance is not good , it’s a very demanding position. Another big con is the account managers think that they are your boss for some reason.

For entry level experience there are not many better options. Management is very open to ideas and the ability to learn new technologies is incredibly useful in the starting stages of your career.

Cons

Would be good to have a larger team to distribute workload.
