      Pros

      Open door policy to company presidents who are very passionate about the industry. Fun, young, and competitive atmosphere. Forward thinking company. Knowledgeable senior reps. Nice location. Up-and-coming training program. Great mentoring experience with senior rep.

      Cons

      It's evident there is a power struggle/butting of heads between director of sales and senior reps which seemed to cause a somewhat stressful work environment for those involved. Micro management from several levels of management makes people feel like they're under the microscope. Employees need better sales training to help hit the metrics they are being held to.

      Pros

      During my time at Spot, I watched the company grow from 10 employees to over 45 by time I had left. Spot offers new employees a chance to get in on the ground floor of a logistics company and make a real impact from the start. Things are done the right way and everyone is there to help, from senior employees to the presidents of the company themselves. If you are dedicated and willing to put in the work, the sky is the limit here. Employees are not treated as a number and the environment is a friendly and helpful one. Everyone genuinely wants to be successful and it is apparent in the atmosphere and work culture.

      Cons

      Work hours can get long depending on your customer base. This job is not for everyone, being outgoing and having a good attitude/willingness to learn will have a major impact on your success.

      Pros

      Great location downtown with younger employees who work hard and cohesively as a team. Everyone is competitive with each other in getting new customers and being the best at the job. Both of the owners do a great job of keeping their employees happy and the mood relatively light. The renovated and modern office is definitely nice and makes you feel proud to call Spot Freight your place of work. As a freight analyst you will have unlimited earning potential and like all things requires legit hard work.

      Cons

      It can get a little hectic in the office and there is a lot of stress in the job. At times you will feel overwhelmed and starting to doubt whether you will survive, but the day/s will go on and everything will work itself out.
