Pros

The relationships I have built with my team and my coworkers have truly made my role so enjoyable.

Cons

In person schedule definitely has its pros but there are times I wish there was additional flexibility for remote work espicially since my team is in another office.

This job will teach you so much and it really is a big jump into the “real world.”. What you put in is what you get out.

Cons

Unfortunately, you will always be overlooked and told you aren’t doing enough. Employees are not treated good and the company is always so confused when people leave for better pay, life, treatment, etc. CAMs will never be given a fair chance. Employees are also never given any opportunity for feedback into what we think would be for the better for the company. If you don’t work in the CAP center in Indy, good luck. There is also absolutely no room for growth.
