Great working culture. Very casual and fun.

Cons

For an entry level sales role, the pay was about as expected, and there is potential to start making VERY good money once you build a book of business. However, it takes a LOT of work and sometimes a little bit of luck to build and then hold onto that book of business.

Friendly work environment, no-micromanaging, create your own book of business from scratch, understanding management, beautiful office.

Cons

Commission structure is understandable but difficult to attain, little to no opportunities for growth in management, PTO structure lacks competitiveness, no hybrid-work option.
