Some good people and managers Some people are successful Job isn't that hard once you are trained

Cons

Not as easy as they say it is to make commission Not a lot of diversity A lot of negativity Many stressful situations Work hours are 6am-3pm or 5am-2pm If you are not a "favorite" you will not be very sucessful

- Team Outings - Friendly people - Incentivized competitions - A place where you can share your ideas and sales strategies - get constructive feedback in return

Cons

- Too much of a good thing can be distracting - The commitment to the growth of your book - once you've gained a flow you have to keep it up - you can take days off but prepare to get that flow back up - Performance and consistency are King -- you either got it or you don't - No hybrid - but I can see why- understanding and there is pto
