At least they pay you on time.

Cons

In addition to all of the previously stated grievances, I also want to mention that at the Indianapolis downtown office, all of the software developers are required to work out of the office 5 days per week, and you have to pay for your own parking, which is very expensive. Working downtown is very unsafe. This company is very cheap, the ownership only care about profits, they don't care about their employees whatsoever.

Devoted ownership, Superior Technology. Leadership understand where the industry is heading and are setting us up to be there ahead of time and on the right side of the industry's up and downs.

Cons

If you dont mind working hard, the sky is the limit. Nothing is handed out.

Run as far as you can!

Cons

Terrible work environment, managers are a joke. They have meetings just to gossip about AMs and CAMs. Your real bosses are the AMs (the ones that deal with the customer.) Benefits are horrible. No overtime. Accrued PTO. There are wayy better 3PL’s out there.
