Consistent work. Some people are nice.

Cons

Commission doesn’t come for a long time. They play favorites, and building a book of business is difficult with so many exceptions they give senior person hence a 90% turnover.

Pros

Nice office downtown Indianapolis close to a lot of cool stuff, Ability to transfer to other offices in different cities fairly easy, a few nice people, no need for a college degree in most positions.

Cons

No work life balance, a lot of angry people, very little upward movement just title changes that don't amount to anything besides a confidence boost, on call 24/7 can't even relax on vacations, must work holidays even though they claim you are off.

Pros

Love the culture. The people and the managers are great. Tough job since it is sales at the end of the day and the market being a little rough did not help for a period of time. Definitely opportunity here and everyone is willing to help if you need it.

Cons

Base pay could be a little bit better.
