Pros

Great compensation and benefits, interesting work environment that is attractive to younger individuals. Competitive culture focused on maximizing ROI from each employee. Good training program. Fair and competitive commission structure.

Cons

High turnover rate, KPI structure built around rewarding tenured carrier account managers and accelerating turnover for new employees to filter out those who don't find success in the market. After the training period has ended zone managers are only there to enforce KPIs and not there to help guide you in building your book of business. Low ceiling for growth if you are a new hire and not someone who has been with the company since the beginning.

Culture is young and positive Lots of resources for industry info, individuals are usually happy to help you if you ask Company outings Loose Business Casual attire Professional offices buildings, usually near the city center

Cons

Less than average PTO/Holidays (I’m working on Christmas eve) Harder than advertised to hit commission (usually more than 12 months)
