Fine but needs remote or hybrid options

Pros

- Good pay - Mostly good people - Modern offices - Flexibility in lateral department moves

Cons

- No remote or hybrid options except for a handful of tenured staff - Fast paced industry leads to lots of quick changes which can be somewhat sloppy - Some senior staff have trouble adapting to quick changes and make it other peoples problems - Most departments have a quick turnover which can be a huge issue when HR or IT is down to one person helping 500+ employees

Pros

The overall culture and people at Spot are what makes it a great place to work. If you enjoy a high-energy, fast-paced environment and work hard there are endless opportunities for you. Spot's commitment to personal and professional development is evidenced by the fact that most of management started at a more entry-level type role. Spot is rapidly becoming a large company but hasn't lost that "work-hard, play-hard" mentality typically found at a Start-Up company. Upper management is easily accessible to everyone and puts in the time just like everyone else.

Cons

Fast-paced environment isn't for everyone.
