Pros

Nice office downtown Indianapolis close to a lot of cool stuff, Ability to transfer to other offices in different cities fairly easy, a few nice people, no need for a college degree in most positions.

Cons

No work life balance, a lot of angry people, very little upward movement just title changes that don't amount to anything besides a confidence boost, on call 24/7 can't even relax on vacations, must work holidays even though they claim you are off.

Pros

Love the culture. The people and the managers are great. Tough job since it is sales at the end of the day and the market being a little rough did not help for a period of time. Definitely opportunity here and everyone is willing to help if you need it.

Cons

Base pay could be a little bit better.

They buy you food sometimes

This place was awful. If you want to be in sales, this is the worst place you could start. They do not offer leads of any kind you’re literally left to your own and they don’t even split up people into regions, it’s a huge free for all. They don’t give you the necessary tools to be successful, not to mention you get a “report card” with letter grades on it and it is impossible to do well on it unless you cheat the system. The things they grade you on hypocrisies each other. What is this 3rd grade? Micro managers breathing down your neck to be doing 110% when it’s not even possible to do so. Not to mention, I have not worked here since last year, and the company NEVER sent me my W2. When I tried to call and see when I should be getting it, the entire HR teams voicemails boxes were full so I can’t even communicate with them. Will have to now ensue IRS action to get these documents.
