I love the energetic atmosphere and being downtown! I love being part of the accounting team also. They work very well as a team! Team outings are also something I love.

Cons

I've been at Spot for 3 months now, and I have no complaints about this job! I still love it!

Honestly, none that are that big of a pro to note...

Cons

Benefits are terrible. Male dominated (Owner was the only one who acted like he cared about how employees felt/listened to you when you had issues with something). Literally will work 24/7.
