      Management and all your peers are there to help you and you don't feel like you are drowning after growing your book of business.

      Cons

      Hours can get long, but you are in charge of your own success so long hours are a good thing if you hustle.

      Great Organic Culture

      Pros

      From the moment I interviewed here, I loved the positive energy this place was putting out! Here at Spot, they have organically grown a good culture by placing a high emphasis on building relationships with both the customers we serve and the people that work here. The work is fast-paced and exciting. You will be challenged but rewarded handsomely for your hard work. The ownership and the leadership team are genuine, approachable, and truly willing to help.

      Cons

      The logistics industry, in general, is tough. Freight never sleeps, so the job can be a little tough initially for people who have never been n a supply chain role or in sales in general.
