      Pros

      Love my team, and the culture. Everyone is always so willing to help and help you grow professionally.

      Cons

      It can be challenging to learn a new job remotely, but I think thats less of a con and more just the landscape of the current world. Havent seen any cons, have been with Spotify for less than 2 years.

      Was great contributing to a product I used everyday. The culture was very collaborative.

      Cons

      Organizational autonomy could lead to goal conflict and excessive time planning and prioritizing only to not complete programs on time. Layoffs shattered the perception that company values employees above shareholder value.
