* Great place to coast * Holidays * Decent tech (especially if compared to Big Tech companies)

Cons

* Total compensation non in line with the other Big Tech companies * Comp reviews are shady. Promos extremely political and difficult. * Bad middle management. PMs in R&D are a complete joke. * Layoffs * WFA bs to save up some money and pretend you did not hire a bunch of nerds who would rather die than having a IRL conversation with a human being.
