Pros
Work life balance is legit. Takes a lot from Swedish values and you aren't expected to work more than 40 hours a week. On-call is done respectfully.
Cons
Not as nice a place to work after the layoffs. There's a palpable loss of trust between workers and management. HR brags publicly about internal mobility but the reality of it is that internal mobility is dead right now. There are very few positions listed internally and the ones that are listed just interview internal candidates for show and then hire externally. Work from anywhere is also a scam and on most teams it's time zone dependent.
