Some colleagues have a true heart for working with students that come from low demographic areas and put their best food forward.

Cons

management; leadership; professional developments not as engaging or meeting needs of what is required to get staff to stay committed; high staff mobilitiy; students do not respect each other or staff-management brushes "small issues" under the rug creating bigger incidences to occur repeatedly; district seems to work backwards and not embrace change-recreating the wheel.

There are a lot of good professional development opportunities that Sprind ISD offers. All of the staff that I worked with were very friendly and supportive.

Cons

People are two faced. They are nice to your face, but turn around and talk about you behind your back. The administration tells you one thing, but doesn't follow through. They are not loyal to their current employees.
