      Pros

      Good attitude towards work and development. Good values around learning and growth.

      Cons

      Tech layoffs, poor business growth strategy, outdated courses. Overall, the working environment was positive; however, it was a bit clique-ish, which thwarted productivity. The CEO has a great personality but was slow to embrace change, new ideas, and perspectives outside his inner circle. This created a lack of diverse thought and candid dialogue on the company's health and future trajectory.
