      Pros

      Open and caring culture. Room for growth.

      Cons

      Has the "get things done now, fix it later" mindset which creates a lot of barriers for scaling and healthy growth. Lots of manual issues and processes and siloed teams. Always over estimating what can be done and missing the mark

      Pros

      - great mission - lots of kind hearted and talented people - very good CEO - remote and flexible

      Cons

      - goals are not realistic, and quota holding employees work unsustainable hours and even still will miss their goals - No time for realistic concern - drink the cool-aid culture by the end of my time there - work/life balance is non existent, but in a way that doesn't feel like you're building towards something positive like it once did - lack of bigger picture thought, Goals, objectives, and solutions, are dealt with in a reactive way - multiple layoffs
