You are always learning in this environment, have many opportunities to learn something new, jump on a passion project or bring your interests and ideas to your role. New ideas and how we can improve are welcomed from day 1!

Getting ruined by bunch of people and their politics makes all the good folks leave the company. Team is divided in multiple factions which don't get aligned with each other

If you're looking for a company with great culture and kind colleagues, Springboard is the place for you. Leadership is humble and open to change. Everyone is a contributor and ideas are heard.

Don't know if this qualifies as a con, but things move fast at Springboard. Be comfortable with putting in the hours and adapting quickly.
