      At springboard, your voice is heard. Different people have different view of cons. So if it's a reasonable challenge you face, springboard is open to address it in a transparent manner.

      Everyone at Springboard is mission-driven, supportive, challenging, and fun to be around. Springboard has a very flat structure, where everyone's ideas are valued and taken seriously. Work here is engaging and we focus on the most important problems and work.

      At any start-up there is often too much to do and sometimes is hard to control work-life balance
