      Pros

      Good culture when I started but went downhill as revenue plummeted. They hired such wonderful, bright and empathetic folks which made for a cool culture. They used to have a very structured way of getting promoted which was great and achievable.

      Cons

      Revenue was sinking when I left and it was all due to bad business decisions and bad management . There were multiple layoffs. Their "Fixes" made everything way worse, instead of listening to their CSM's about where the real issues were, they'd try these crazy strategies for improvements which wouldn't get to the root cause. So much potential but by the time I left, everything was on fire.

      I’ve worked for many companies, small medium and large, and Springboard is literally the only company I’ve ever worked at where you can truly find respect mutually across the company at the individual level. Everyone is highly intelligent and always willing to offer a helping hand. Glad to be a part of a company where I can actually call my coworkers friends! Fantastic work life balance as well!

      Cons

      No cons so to speak, but the company grew quite fast in a relatively short amount of time, so sometimes some catch-up is needed but everything is definitely headed in the right direction!
