      Pros

      Everyone there is wonderful to work with. Managers are very supportive. The value of “always be learning” is really positive. Good opportunities for career growth.

      Cons

      Work-life-balance can at times be a challenge. No 401(k) match is a disappointment.

      Employees are genuinely mission-driven Exec/Leadership team actually care about the employee experience - the employee voice was always sought, and factored into decisions Exciting work and interesting challenges to solve Ample opportunity to take ownership of projects and to get cross-functional experience working with other teams Invest in employee's growth + providing opportunities for promotion - generally prefer to hire from within when possible Great environment to learn and grow from a very talented team

      Cons

      Exactly what you would expect from a startup experience - Lower salaries in certain geographies Most weeks are over 40 hours Budget constraints, etc. ... if you're there for the right reasons, these things are expected and aren't a detraction. I can honestly say that I always felt supported and comfortable discussing issues with management. They care.
