Pros

- The mission of this company is remarkable and exists to help people achieve their career goals. - People at this company are mission-driven and are quick to offer a helping hand - Leadership makes a genuine effort to listen to employees at the company and they're willing to move fast and drive change - Amazing office culture - I feel like the company looks out for us and goes out of their way to show their appreciation

Cons

- Since Springboard is still a startup, there's a lot of work that needs to be done so it's not out of the ordinary to wear multiple hats - No gym stipend

We are incredibly grateful to have co-workers who are invested in our mission as much as the founders themselves and are always happy to hear positive feedback about it! We are still a small, but growing, company and we constantly improve our processes, so thank you for helping out by wearing multiple hats :-)

Pros

- Engaging team members, awesome energy, and clear passion for the brand, all around! - Opportunity to take on stretch projects, both within your own department and cross-functionally - Feedback, suggestions, and ideas are always accepted, especially by senior leadership! - Clear visibility to performance, growth opportunities, and career trajectory - Professional development budget - extended both annually and monthly for different types of learning - Company adapted extremely well to COVID-19 and provided resources for a productive, collaborative, and supportive work from home environment

Cons

- Not necessarily a con, but a truth: it is truly an early-stage startup. While the team works between 9-5 daily, work does pop up outside of these hours, and is sometimes necessary to meet deadlines.
