Pros

Free beer after 5, great downtown location, relaxed dress code.

Cons

The "unlimited" vacation is only for reps who hit quota (hardly anyone does). Frat-house style environment with zero ethical training for the employees Loud music played in bullpen making cold-calling nearly impossible. Smile & dial all day, that's it; you're just a warm body No diversity If you're not with the "in" crowd, you won't see any favoritism or perks This job is just a place to get your feet wet. If you have any experience whatsoever, run away from this place.

Pros

Decent health benefits. Ability to work from home. Good location in Midtown.

Cons

A young, fresh out of college culture. Very clique-oriented. Most of the leaders are young and don’t have much management experience. Take this into consideration if you've had a pretty substantial work background—you may have more work history/experience than your ‘team lead’. Very high turnover. Salary is very low considering the work load as well as the amount of tech companies in Atlanta that have the same position offering at least $20K more. Diversity is also lacking. Out of approximately 150 employees, there are only 10 people of color.

Tough place with great people

Pros

You work with a lot of young and smart people. It’s a great opportunity to make friends and build relationships. This place also looks great on a resume.

Cons

The environment is tough and not for everyone. They underpay and with the hours worked, it’s possible that you’re making less than minimum wage some weeks. I also think it’s an environment that rewards favorites vs talent.
