Fear based workplace. None of the people in charge want things done the same way, you’re always wrong in someone’s eyes. Gossipy environment. No surprise when employees quit out of nowhere. The employee turn-over rate in the office is outrageous.

Not a fair place to work. Doctors own the company and the majority of them think they are superior. My Director was a joke no follow up and said whatever lie she could think of. She knew nothing except how to talk around everything. Relied on everyone else and talked behind everyone’s back. One of her managers had to do all the training and she even bad mouthed her. I should have known better. My Director talked about other Directors, the Physicians and Staff. She used people and talked about them constantly. . I believed her when she said she had my back. My Director discredited my work. She was a witch and after all my hard work. Glad to be gone.
