Pros

Many nice new buildings (if you're lucky enough to work in one). Several newly paved parking lots. Does have some employees around who are extremely professional and great to work with. Compensation actually is competitive.

Cons

Worst job experience of my life, including my fast food work. Manager had serious emotional issues, took it out on subordinates who bothered them. Got in trouble for not doing things that I was never instructed to do (was told I lacked "clinic instinct"). Once was criticized for not getting upset while in trouble, they said that's what the E.A.P. (Employee Assistance Program) was for. It was almost comical. Also, many employees outside my unit acted distant and were unhelpful, adding to the bad experience.

Benefits were fairly decent. All holidays were paid time off. PTO, sick leave, and personal time were all accrued separately.

Cons

There was some engagement of workplace discrimination against mental illness by a fellow employee.
