You learn who is the good , the bad , and the very bad physicians and nurses of Springfield Clinic

Cons

There are several wonderful gifted people that work there but unfortunately the management cares more about making the almighty dollar then truly what is best for the patient!

Pros

Very nice offices & clinics. Friendly co-workers, most physicians are approachable. Pay is appropriate. Hours are great (no weekends)!

Cons

Medical benefitted are not the greatest, considering the company is a medical clinic. Due to Illinois state economics SC is facing difficult times with state insurance payments being tens of millions in arrears.
