Enjoyable job and well-renowned company. Flexible hours.

Cons

No benefits, insurance, 401k, bonuses or perks of any kind for part time employees. NO RAISES in my several years of service. Too much micromanagement and information from too many different "bosses". No definitive line for management vs employee.
