Great place to work. CDI supervisor is awesome. Always education opportunities for growth. The company really puts a lot of effort into employee appreciation events.

Average pay, but you are able to negotiate your pay. Onsite work, no remote work

There are no pros! I am serious.

Cons

There are too many supervisors trying to tell the employees what to do. When something goes wrong not one supervisor takes responsibility for giving the wrong directions. 4/5 people in this department hate they ever took this job.
