      You feel like are part of a team, a family, a place that actually cares about the individual. The pay is fair but really it is the people and the commitment to the community.

      Working on the edge of available resources and overwhelming the staff.

      Pros

      Great place to get experience. My manager is very understanding and will work with you. They will help out on the floors if we are behind. Overall administration cares about you, but patient satisfaction is super important here.

      Cons

      They are not always fully staffed, most days are "fully staffed" and some days are not and may not have care techs. Like any other hospital, patients and family can be overwhelming sometimes.
