Pros

Friendly staff and work environment. Very up to date on education and patient safety. Hospital policies and upper management very easy to access and approachable from any level.

Cons

Pay rates very low for our area. Staffing was minimal and at times risky for all considered. Experience and longevity should have been factor in rate of pay and benefits.
