There’s a few key leaders that make themselves available to the staff and are willing to provide career advice. There’s a very dedicated and willing workforce devoted to accomplish the company goal

Cons

There’s a lack of unity amongst the company. Every department seems to be working independently of each other. There’s a lack of cohesiveness and not all leadership executives are assets to the company.

There are few cons I can think of. SprintRay is for those with a builders mindset and who are able to adapt to moving fast.
