Young, inspirational team! Fastest growth category in dental with minimal penetration and major green space. Fabulous growth opportunity for next several years. Incredible product innovation. Invest in people with internal development programs.

Cons

Fast moving, agile company, means change. Have to be okay with change and roll with it as company pivots to benefit customers and company.

Pros

I feel part of a team, really part, each and every day. My voice matters, I am paid a good salary and have a chance to earn stock one day too. I love my co-workers and team members. I finally found the job of my dreams in a company that is investing in my future.

Cons

Not enough time to make the contribution I want to make. I love this company. It's given me so many opportunities and I never seem to be able to give as much as I want to.
