Pros
Around April, when people in the US started to realize how bad COVID was going to be, companies started laying off people left and right.
SprintRay sat down and created a plan to deal with this existential threat. We had a meeting, and our CEO and President said that beyond anything else, we had to two essential goals. 1) Survive 2) No lay-offs or furloughs.
In order to pull this off, they asked all Senior management/executives if they were willing to take equity instead of cash salary for a few months so we could make the budget work to avoid lay-offs. Everyone agreed, and we didn't have any lay-offs or furloughs.
Before the plan was actually put into place, we discovered that we had our 2nd most successful sales months ever, and every month after that was even more successful.
We have a great company that cares about its employees and the market finds absolutely essential, even in a recession.
