      Pros

      The company is growing rapidly and it's an exciting time to be apart of the team. The team has a lot of smart employees and an awesome culture.

      Cons

      Benefit packages could be improved but are as expected for a startup company at this stage.

      We have significantly improved on our benefits and are continuously looking for ways to make them even better. This year we began offering fully paid Dental Insurance for everyone in addition to our other benefits.

      9-5 hours and opportunity for overtime

      Cons

      they treat their employees like garbage pay was awful unfulfilled promises i was let go because i found out my mother was on life support due to a car accident and they let me have the day off but then proceeded to fire me the next day the warehouse was a very unsafe environment to work in and they didnt do anything to fix the safety hazards a lot of racist conversations happen here

      We are very sorry that this was your perception, We have many processes in place that encourage work - life alignment including unlimited vacation so we are really not sure how this could have happened.

      Amazingly smart team members designing, manufacturing, and promoting industry leading hardware, software, and materials=a fine environment for sales professions who recognize opportunity.

      Cons

      If you don’t embrace change for improvement, not the place for you.
