      Real opportunities to take on new responsibilities, work with incredibly smart people, be around exciting products, and bring your talents to the table. Big personalities and big heart make this company both a fun and challenging place to work. These guys bet big on the future of their people, expecting results but nurturing success.

      Cons

      Health benefits package is slim and this is a place where work is what you make it - you need to be self-motivated and unafraid to carve out your niche.

      Pros

      You really have an opportunity to shape the future of 3D printing and dentistry at this company. Each role is so critical to it's success! If you're up for the challenge it's a great place to work!

      Cons

      We need more growth structure and education but I can see we are working on it.

      Everyone works extremely hard and are rewarded for their efforts. Difficult to call out cons in comparison with dental peers.
