      The company lacks the leadership to effectively grow and have stumbled over time. They struggle to move from that start up mentality to a robust operating entity, even with innovative products.

      - Introduced to working in a professional software environment - Learned a lot

      Cons

      - Laid off when company decided to restructure. Was working remote for 4 years without any issues and was able to get everything done that was needed. All of a sudden, it wasn't fine anymore and they wanted employees to all be in office.
