      I had the time of my life here. The mission of this company is ambitious, but these are the people that can make it. Yeah, people. It’s probably the best part of Sprinter Health: you can improve your hard and soft skills every single day and also have fun while doing that. If you are looking for a place to grow, work on a meaningful product with great people, this place is definitely for you.

      The company is growing fast, sometimes it is challenging to keep up with the pace. Salaries are just about average for the area.

      A fantastic leadership team with years of experience and excellent history between them. The company is growing and it's evident they're making culture a priority. Employees are well-taken care of, efficiency is high, and people are excited about what we're doing. All of that creates a cohesive environment and a ton of measurable growth and opportunity.

      The teams are still small, so expect to wear many hats and be open to cross-collaboration.
