      working alone can be daunting at first if you are coming from a team environment.

      Pros

      All the best parts of startup culture combined with the funding to execute. Sprinter is building a new category of hybrid virtual care which is an exciting challenge to tackle. The company has an ethical, honest approach to doing business and takes clinical quality seriously - it's a fast moving startup, but not a "move fast and break things" startup. The team is extremely talented, cares deeply about the patient experience, and is fun to work with.

      Cons

      Startups are not for the faint of heart. It can often mean long hours, shifting priorities, and wearing a lot of hats. This would be a difficult place to work for anyone who is not comfortable with ambiguity and change.

      Pros

      Company is growing fast bringing tech to last mile health. It is a no-brainer that Healthcare is missing modern interfaces, adaptable services (both at scale and with data), and fast iterations. Teams are young and we are defining everything from how we work to how we play. Rarely do you get to see this level of engineering, design, product and sales all function so openly iterating on PMF & GTM.

      Cons

      It isn't like in the FANGs where things are well defined. More chaotic work means more likely to do a lot of work that is thrown away. Also expect to do
