Cons

All management and HR lacks respect for employees. It is a very unprofessional atmosphere. Because of all the incidents with management/ HR that treats employees like crap. Also be prepare not to get paid for some stupid reason they come up with!

- You can work from home

- Management, in particular the CEO and Operations - Poor and inconsistent communication - Broken promises - Short term thinking It is shocking they are still in business with the way they treat employees and their unprofessional business practices. Don't believe anything they tell you, it is all smoke and mirrors.

Small Size company. Avg pay.

One of the reviewers said "The CEO of the company should close the company and return to his role as a technical consultant in the interest of his own dignity." I agree 100%. They threaten employees not to pay them over timesheet submission. Spyrel is losing people like crazy. I say run for your dear career. I really feel sad to see such a bad company partnering with great product such as SFDC.
