Pros

Small company, great people, a chance to work with new technology

Cons

Unstable organization. I understand that it is a small consulting company and they are unable to fund places consultants on the bench, but planning of resources verses your projects in the pipeline is horrible.

Pros

Worth working for in a bad economy when no other opportunities are present. Its easy to find associates and build alliances with others who also have has a bad experience here.

Cons

The company has no direction. Employee turn over is 80% per year You will be paid for 40 hours per week no matter how many you work.
