Doctors are great to work with.

Cons

Toxic work environment sometimes, clinic employees do not get the same incentives as hospital employees, insurance copays and deductibles for clinic employees are high.

It was very hard to work here, in any department, because management did not do much to help settle differences among coworkers. They also played favorites.

Administration doesnt care about the patients or the employees, all they care about is profit and performance data. Hours constantly being cut.
