Pros

Fairly simple job, simply sit with mental health patients while they are admitted in hospital. Plenty of time for study for ongoing students. Multitude of experienced staff available for assistance. Easy scheduling.

Cons

No benefits, not even sick days. Shifts are normally 12 hours unless special circumstance such as school or second employment.
