Friendly staff, employee discounts, good benefits. Good doctors overall. Decent cafeteria. Very active in the community of Jonesboro. Including their support of Arkansas State.

Cons

Elevators that don't work, junky hospital beds and stretchers that don't operate properly ( bad brakes, don't steer, don't raise up, frayed power cords, etc.)

Very friendly place to work and lot to learn...it more like a teaching hospital.....they will work with you on your hours when you need time off...

Cons

Very busy.... The surrounding communities comes there for their care and we don't turn anybody down but that's a good thing....
