Pros
My supervisor/department is very understanding and let's me work independently. I work remotely and have flexibility.
Cons
Insurance sucks. They contract approval for use through Sharp. They are rude and not helpful. St. Bernard's insist you use their providers and even if you are over 60 miles from facility, will get denials for in network coverage and have to call Sharp and fight with them. Insurance changes in detail are not given to employees ( full contract) so unwillingly find out that something new is not covered after the fact.
